Jamaican 1983 Election Boycott

The 1983 Jamaican Election had a 2.7% voter turnout after a nationwide boycott. The boycott was started by the main opposition party after the Jamaican Labour Party refused to update the Electoral Role. The Jamaican Labour Party ended up winning every seat after they were mostly unopposed.
